DDR 1063 is a high performance diamond drill rod grease combining Calcium and 12/OH Stereate specifically developed to operate at all temperatures. DDR 1063 has exceptional mechanical stability and will stick and spread on rods at all temperatures.
For very hot seasons and climates, DDR 1063 will not liquefy as other greases do.
Contains water resistant polymers in a heavy base stock. Available in NLGI Grade 3, with a minimum cone penetration of 240 mm/10.

It was specially formulated to offer optimal performance for lubrication applications such as industrial gears, diamond drill rod applications, pneumatic and percussion tools. This Biodegradable Drill Rod Grease is formulated to have minimal impact on the environment. It has been produced from naturally occurring compounds. It contains no heavy metals, chlorine, phenols, PCB’s or zinc. This product contains
a unique state-of-the-art polymer blend that has been optimized to reduce vibration and maximize adhesion in the most severe applications.
